Hidden · not a real resume

Every resume looks perfect now. Most are written by AI.

You post a job on LinkedIn and a few job boards. Then the flood begins. Today, AI tools apply to hundreds of jobs for one person and rewrite each resume to match your post.

  • Too many applicants: Hundreds of resumes for one role.
  • AI auto-apply: Bots send polished resumes for people who never read your job post.
  • Same resumes: Every resume has the right keywords. You find out who can do the work only in the interview.

A short timed test fixes this. You see who can do the work, and who got outside help, before you spend an hour on a call. See how

LinkedIn DM: "Hi! Sending my CV, did you get it?"
Email: "Fwd: Resume_Final_FINAL_v2.pdf"
Job board: "37 new applications in the last 10 minutes"

Spreadsheet Row 402: "Same resume as rows 17, 88 and 351."

How it works

From job post to shortlist in three steps

You spend your time only on the people who can do the job.

  1. 1

    Post your job

Share one link on LinkedIn, job boards and your careers page. Applicants apply in two minutes, with no account.

  2. 2

    AI ranks every resume

AI hides spam and the applicants who fail your deal-breaker. The others get a fit score from 0 to 5.

  3. 3

Send a test in one click

Applicants take a short, timed test for the role. You interview only the people who pass.

Skills tests New

Resumes can be faked. Skills cannot.

Pick a test from our library. Specialists choose and check every question, so you do not need to write a test or know the answers yourself.

  • No setup: send a test from the applicant card in one click
  • Short and timed, so real candidates finish it and AI tools do not help
  • Each candidate gets different questions, so answers cannot be shared
  • See the score and the cheating risk next to the resume

AI prioritization

Read the best 10 applicants, not all 200

AI reads each resume when it arrives and finds the ones worth a test. When you open the vacancy, the list is already sorted.

Write your deal-breaker in one sentence

For example: "Reject applicants without B2B SaaS experience". AI hides the applicants who fail it. You can show them again with one click.

A fit score for every applicant

AI scores each applicant from 0 to 5 against your job description and your ideal candidate. Sort by score and start with the 5s.

Spam and fake resumes stay out

AI checks that each upload is a real resume. Empty PDFs and unrelated files never get into your pipeline.

Product tour

Everything else you need to hire, in one place

Collect applications, find the right candidates and book interviews in one place. No more spreadsheets, scattered resumes or emails back and forth.

One screen instead of a PDF

AI makes a short profile and a fit score for every applicant. You decide in seconds and open the CV only when you need it.

  • Fit score, short summary and key achievements
  • Seniority level, from junior to principal
  • Skills, tools, certifications and past companies
  • Reads scanned PDFs too

For your applicants

More good applicants finish the form

Ask what your team needs to know, and nothing more. Good candidates do not leave halfway through a long form.

Questions that fit your company

Ask about salary, notice period, time zone or anything that matters to your team. Filter out the wrong fit before you read a resume.

No sign-up wall

Every extra step loses good people. Applicants open your link and apply, with no account and no password.

Apply in two minutes

Applicants upload one PDF and do not type their work history again. A short form means fewer people stop halfway.

Easy to come back

Candidates with a profile apply in seconds with their saved resume. Less effort for them means more applicants for you.

Recruiter feedback

35 applicants in one day. 3 strong candidates.

I appreciate the work put into this platform.

It is easy to post, accept or reject candidates and short info of submissions without the need to open CV is much greater convenience for Recruiters.

In just a day I received over 35 submissions and am already carrying on with 3 perfect candidates. I highly suggest everyone try this for their search.

Frequently asked questions

What makes Worklicant different?

You get a shortlist faster. A short test for the job shows who can do the work, so fake and copy-paste applications do not get to your interviews. You stop reading every resume and spend your time only on the people worth meeting.

What is a credit?

One credit publishes one vacancy for 60 days. After 60 days the vacancy closes automatically, so old job ads do not stay online.

Why no subscription?

You pay only when you hire. A subscription charges you every month, also in the months when you do not hire.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If you do not like Worklicant, write to us in 14 days after you buy and we refund the full price.

Can the AI reject a good candidate?

AI rejects an applicant only when it is confident that your deal-breaker applies. Auto-rejected applicants are hidden, not deleted. You can show them with one click.

Where do the applicants come from?

From your own job posts. Put your apply link on LinkedIn, job boards and your careers page. All applications come to one list in Worklicant.

Can I customize the application form and the hiring stages?

Yes. For each vacancy, add your own questions: single choice, multiple choice, short text or long text, required or optional. Also add up to 5 hiring stages, for example Phone screen, Test task and Final interview. Applied, Offer, Hired and Rejected are always included.

Do applicants need an account?

No. Applicants open your link, upload a PDF resume and answer your questions.

Can candidates book an interview themselves?

Yes. Send a booking link from the applicant card. The candidate picks a free time from your weekly hours. The call goes into the interviews calendar of your team.

Does it work with Google Calendar and Google Meet?

Yes. After the candidate books, you get a link that opens Google Calendar with the time and the candidate filled in. Google adds the Meet link and sends the invitation.

Is this overkill for a small team?

No. Worklicant focuses on vacancies, applications and decisions. Your team can start in one day.

Who is in the talent pool?

Candidates who made a Worklicant account and chose to join the talent pool. Only they show in search results. They can leave the pool at any time.
