The person behind Worklicant

Worklicant reads every resume for you. AI scores each applicant against your job and hides the ones that fail your deal-breaker. You talk only to the best people.

Who builds Worklicant

Hi, I am Aziz. I design, build and run Worklicant myself, from the AI pipeline to the servers. When you write to support, I am the person who replies.

I am a backend engineer with 3 years of experience in Elixir and Python. I built integrations with 9 government agencies for Uzbekistan's national e-procurement platform, which serves 80,000 suppliers. I also built a data-visualization application for New York University Shanghai.

Before Worklicant, I started a food-delivery service in my city. I built the web and mobile apps and delivered more than 140 orders. After interviews with restaurants and couriers, I changed the product to fit how they work.
